Entrance area for people with disabilities a no go, as there are only stairs (approx. 15) up and you have no chance to get up there. Ambience old-fashioned. Service and hygiene no matter where you look a catastrophe and eat a mixture of Konviniens and the attempt to cook / bake something yourself. That is no longer possible today! Especially since you are put off for over 40 minutes until you get a coffee on Sunday afternoon because there was a class reunion in here with 20 people and we can't keep up with the service. The group was there before you, and in the end they leave more money here than you. What are those arguments. Then it is served from the wrong side. Chicken skewer on the next place celebrates without caring for other guests or the guest who sits next to it and wants to enjoy and eat. You could torch, because you leave the guest alone with the fire which is burned by the alcohol. Sure it looks nice but not 30 cm away from the guest and on such a wobbly frame. This and the hot stone in which you should prepare your own meat at the table should be checked by the authorities. This poses a high risk of accident and injury. Got over the table because there is too much set cutlery without notice. It has to be people. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else but not in there - you get annoyed - and you throw your money out the window for poor quality and poor hygiene. This is a restaurant that should be closed or require a new concept or owner.

We arrived spontaneously for one night with the motorhome and were warmly welcomed. In the evening we were in the restaurant and it was excellent. We would love to come back. Many Thanks!

We were spontaneously surprised in the Waldfrieden restaurant and extremely positively. Exceptionally delicious food from the starter to the dessert. Kind Service, nice atmosphere and a very fair price.

We were there on the 6th of December of the People's Solidarity. We all liked it very much. I gave my praise about the delicious food on the spot.

If you order something other than the "hot rock", it's a big disappointment. I am vegan and have called 2 months (!) Before to announce that. The staff had enough time to prepare. My expectations were not high today, but would still be understated. You waitress did not know and when I finally got my food (as the last of the whole table, some were already finished) I got rice with 2 pieces of cauliflower, 2 pieces of broccoli, a few peas and a few carrots. Without sauce, carelessly prepared and not spiced up. After the meal, my criticism was not taken seriously and sought to be excused. I'm just going there to love my family there. Otherwise it is really not recommended. I'm coming home now and I'll make something for dinner first

Just over two weeks ago, my in-laws and I wanted to spend a relaxing evening in the "Waldfrieden". The fact that the evening did not meet expectations was not due to the food. That was good and tasty. The service staff did not work. Each order was pejoratively commented on, each request with a misplaced comment provided, each cautioned cigarette cautioned. The operation was characterized by obtrusiveness, wanted to force us constantly on any discussions to semi-political issues. Overall, we had little opportunity for a private conversation. In addition, we were constantly geduzt. We all have no problem with that, but it was extremely uncomfortable here. It's a pity that this beautiful evening was so destroyed. That's why I can not award more than one point.

You come to the restaurant and then there is a sign "closed from 14 o'clock". Very annoying. A reference to the website would have been at least customer friendly.

Super nice service and the dishes always taste good. When we go there, I know it's delicious and you're definitely going to get full without paying too much.

We liked it very much, and very friendly

For my grandfather's birthday a table was reserved for 10 people. We waited 2 hours for end of cold food with 3 small children. On special requests there were stupid comments or derogatory comments. Even the one star is too much. Once and never again!
